Collaboration Agreement Review

If you have an existing agreement that you are working through with a brand partner, I would be happy to help discuss the agreement, provide notes on certain terms/language, and point out any red flags, directly on your agreement.  You just upload your pending agreement below (PDF or Word) to me along with an email of your expected terms for the collaboration (if you would like), and I will provide notes on the agreement to help guide you through finalizing the terms of the collaboration. If you do not provide your expected terms for your deliverables, usage, ad access, exclusivity, etc., I will point out what the terms are (through highlights and notes in your agreement) so that you can compare them to your expectations and negotiated terms.
